Data, in here, describes all the data related (a) directly to a User as a person, irrespective of the actual usage of the Service. Which includes User’s name, email address and other contact information, birthday, gender, research vita, information about what are the publications he/she published till date and their opinions in context to their actual contributions associated with a single publication. (b) Original manuscripts/Drafts copies of his/her research. (c) Audio/Image files uploaded as a part of science outreach in pepperscience.com.

Apart from this pepperscience also collects the data that user may provide that are associated with the articles they have published. pepperscience stores data you enter and submit on the Web service; i.e., if you submit your opinion about the contributions that you made towards the publication and also your opinion on your co-authors contributions associated with the articles that have co-authored with them. Apart from this pepperscience also collects the raw data, which may include text and/ or image files that the user may uploads to the web service that the provider provides to its users. Pepper science will also process this data randomly to provide dynamic Web pages to you that are individually adapted considering your master data. Furthermore, pepperscience reserves the right to process your  data to generate anonymous statistics. Such anonymous statistics will contain no information about any individual user and any updates. Pepperscience.com may process your email address solely to send emails to you containing information or notifications about the Service.
